Beginning his career in 1987, he played a key role at Franna Cranes during a transformative period that revolutionized the pick-and-carry crane market in Australia.

With his influence, Franna Cranes became a national leader, culminating in its acquisition by Terex, where Peter contributed significantly to expanding the company's manufacturing & Sales footprint. Peter later was General Manager of Tadano Oceania, where he successfully grew the business into one of the most profitable entities within the Tadano Group globally. Which is now one of the Leading Manufactures worldwide.

In addition to his corporate achievements, Peter founded a second-hand crane sales company, which, in just 10 years, has become a leading supplier of pre-owned cranes in Australia. He has also operated a dry hire mobile crane business for 30 years, further solidifying his reputation as a leader and innovator in the Australian crane industry.

Anthony Grosser began his career in the mobile crane industry in regional Western Australia, where he gained extensive hands-on experience as a mechanic before building a leading sales and repair company.

Over the years, he expanded his expertise to managing a prominent crane manufacturing operation in Oceania. With over 25 years in the industry, Anthony has developed a deep understanding of all facets of crane and material handling, from technical service to operations.

He is also a respected director of the Crane Industry Council of Australia (CICA), where he plays an active role in shaping industry standards and advancing the sector. Anthony's wealth of experience, combined with his commitment to industry development, makes him a highly valuable member of the team.

Todd Shelton entered the crane industry 10 years ago, joining forces with his father, Peter Shelton, to help establish and grow their second-hand crane sales business into Australia’s leading supplier of pre-owned cranes.

In addition to his role in the sales company, Todd has successfully managed the dry hire fleet for Peter’s mobile crane hire business, overseeing operations and ensuring the fleet's performance and profitability.

His deep understanding of both the sales and hire sectors, combined with a hands-on approach to management, has been instrumental in driving the success of these ventures and solidifying the family's reputation as leaders in the Australian crane industry.

James embarked on his professional journey at AML Equipment, under the guidance of Anthony. After gaining valuable experience, he transitioned to the motor vehicle sector, where he spent five years managing dealerships for esteemed brands such as Toyota, Skoda, and Subaru.

In 2021, James rejoined Anthony as the Business Development Manager, later adding the role of Used Sales Manager. Under his leadership, the used crane sales department flourished, establishing itself as one of Australia's leading providers in the industry.

His diverse expertise in asset sales and insights from various markets uniquely position him to drive continued growth and success in the crane sector.
